Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide

When you request a demo, apply to the founding-firm cohort, or otherwise contact us, you may give us your name, work email, firm name, firm type, team size, and any details you include in a message (for example, the workflows you’d like help with). You choose what to share.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site we automatically collect standard technical and usage data, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and the date and time of your visit. If you reach us from an ad or campaign link, we may also record campaign parameters (for example, UTM tags) and the page you submitted a form from, so we can understand which efforts are working.

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies. These fall into a few categories:

• Essential — needed for the Site to function and to remember basic preferences.
• Analytics — help us measure traffic and improve the Site.
• Advertising — help us measure and deliver our advertising (for example, the Meta Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google tags). These can record that you visited the Site or submitted a form so we can measure campaigns and show relevant ads.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and through the advertising choices described in Section 06.

We use the information above to:

• respond to your requests and schedule and conduct demos;
• review and follow up on founding-firm applications;
• send you information about Enclos that you request or that is relevant to your inquiry, and manage our communications with you;
• operate, secure, measure, and improve the Site;
• measure and optimize our marketing and advertising, including attribution and audience measurement; and
• comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, users, and the public.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only:

• With service providers who process information on our behalf and under contract — for example, website hosting (Vercel), database storage of form submissions (Supabase), analytics, and email tools.
• With advertising and analytics platforms — such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google — to measure and deliver our advertising, as described in Sections 02 and 05.
• For legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, property, and safety.
• In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We advertise on platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google. Those platforms use cookies and similar technologies to help us reach relevant audiences and to measure results, including conversions such as a submitted demo request. Some privacy laws treat the use of these advertising technologies as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising; Section 06 explains how to opt out.

You can learn more and manage choices directly with those platforms through their own privacy controls and ad-settings pages.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of your information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@enclos.ai and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

You can also limit advertising and tracking by:

• adjusting your browser cookie settings;
• using a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor where required;
• opting out of interest-based ads via the DAA and NAI tools; and
• managing ad preferences in your Meta, LinkedIn, and Google accounts.

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy — to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business relationship, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements — and then delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services we don’t control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be posted on this page.
