Those are cloud tools that process and may log your data on vendor servers, and they are not FedRAMP-authorized for CUI. Using them with CUI conflicts with NIST 800-171 and DFARS 252.204-7012.
Enclos is CMMC-ready and provides the architecture, data-flow, and configuration documentation your assessor needs. CMMC certifies organizations, not products, so Enclos supports your assessment but does not by itself certify your company.
